南信州新聞さんの「三遠南信BIZ」で水窪の「SayU」を取り上げて頂きました！
このプロジェクトは大工さんとの二人三脚で、たくさんの方々の力を借りて約6ヶ月かけて作りました。長かったけど振り返るとあっという間でしたー

「SayU」は建築途中から多くの人に関わって欲しいと思い、工事中にはペンキ塗りやレンガ敷き、漆喰塗りのワークショップも開催しました。地元の人や遠くから来てくれる方々も楽しんでもらえたみたいで、本当に良かったです！

僕自身がお店に立ち、地域のみなさんの居場所となれるよう活動していきます。近くにお越しの際は是非お立ち寄り下さい！

"SayU" in Misakubo was featured in the Minami Shinshu Shimbun's "San'en Minami Shin BIZ"!
This project took about six months to complete, with the help of many people and a strong teamwork between us and the carpenters. It was a long process, but looking back, it went by so quickly!

We wanted as many people as possible to get involved with "SayU" from the beginning of construction, so we held workshops on painting, brick laying, and plastering during construction. It seemed like both locals and visitors from far and wide enjoyed the workshops, which was really great!
