センターコアの住宅

浜松市天竜区の山間部で、周囲を自然に囲まれたとても贅沢な場。今回その環境を最大限に生かすために、水回りを中心に計画し周囲を部屋に使えるセンターコアプランを採用しました。
まだ施工中ですが、窓がイメージしたよりもいい感じに風景を切り取ってくれています。

大工の @yamamoto_homes さん、お施主さんはじめ、多くの職人さんの力を借りて出来る家。完成がとても楽しみです。

Center Core House

This is a luxurious place surrounded by nature in the mountainous area of Tenryu Ward, Hamamatsu City. In order to make the most of this environment, we adopted a center core plan that focuses on the bathroom and allows the surrounding areas to be used as rooms.

It is still under construction, but the windows frame the scenery better than we imagined.

This house was built with the help of many craftsmen, including carpenter Yamamoto and the client. We are looking forward to seeing it completed.
